If you have a Microsoft 365 subscription, you can sign into the Office Portal at https://portal.office.com/. Use your primary email address (not any alias addresses you may have). If Microsoft asks you to select between Work or school account and Personal account, select Work or school account. Enter your password as prompted. If two-factor authentication is enabled for your account, you’ll also need to enter a code generated by an app (Microsoft Authenticator, Authy, Bitwarden, etc.) or texted to your mobile phone by Microsoft.
If you’re having trouble with your password, you may be able to reset it instantly if your company’s Microsoft 365 settings allow it and your account is enrolled in this feature. If you aren’t able to reset the password yourself, contact COHO Support for assistance.
If you have a Cloud Mail subscription, sign in at https://coho.email/ using your email address and account password.
If you’re having trouble with your password, you may be able to reset it instantly if you enrolled in Password Self Reset in the past. If you aren’t able to reset the password yourself, contact COHO Support for assistance.
Sign into 3CX Web Client
You can sign into the 3CX Web Client using your phone extension and password. Web Client provides access to set your extension status and preferences, use your calling features at your desk or from any computer, and host or join web meetings. You’ll need to know your company’s 3CX server address, which will look something like https://companyname.3cx.us:5001/webclient/, in order to sign in.
Sign into 3CX Management Console
You can manage your communications system using the Management Console. Sign in with your administrator username and password, or your phone extension and password, if your extension has management privileges assigned. You’ll need to know your company’s 3CX server address, which will look something like https://companyname.3cx.us:5001/, in order to sign in.
If you don’t know your company’s 3CX server address, contact the system manager if your company has one, or contact COHO Support for help. We can also provide training and access to an authorized person or department in your company to use the management console to manage users and settings in your communications system.
If your website is setup to allow you to make direct changes to content, you can sign into WordPress Admin by adding /wp-admin/ to the end of your website’s address (e.g., https://www.yoursite.com/wp-admin/). Most Cloud Websites require two-factor authentication, in which case our system will send a code by text message to the mobile number associated with your account.
If you’re having trouble with your WordPress password or with receiving or using a two-factor authentication code, contact COHO Support for assistance.
