If you have a Microsoft 365 subscription, you can sign into the Office Portal at https://portal.office.com/. Use your primary email address (not any alias addresses you may have). If Microsoft asks you to select between Work or school account and Personal account, select Work or school account. Enter your password as prompted. If two-factor authentication is enabled for your account, you’ll also need to enter a code generated by an app (Microsoft Authenticator, Authy, Bitwarden, etc.) or texted to your mobile phone by Microsoft.

If you’re having trouble with your password, you may be able to reset it instantly if your company’s Microsoft 365 settings allow it and your account is enrolled in this feature. If you aren’t able to reset the password yourself, contact COHO Support for assistance.

If your website is setup to allow you to make direct changes to content, you can sign into WordPress Admin by adding /wp-admin/ to the end of your website’s address (e.g., https://www.yoursite.com/wp-admin/). Most Cloud Websites require two-factor authentication, in which case our system will send a code by text message to the mobile number associated with your account.
